How I Can Support You Through Individual Therapy​
Whether you’re seeking relief from immediate challenges or looking to engage in deeper therapeutic work, I’m here to collaborate with you. Therapy can be a space for growth, insight, and healing, and together, we’ll discover what you need to move forward.

For short-term support, I can help you work through stress, anxiety, depression, or challenges in your relationships with friends, colleagues, or loved ones. If deeper exploration feels right, we’ll focus on the underlying patterns and past experiences that may still be affecting you. Together, we’ll make space to process unresolved pain, offering the opportunity for insight and transformation.

A Collaborative, Ongoing Process for Lasting Change
When we engage in longer-term psychotherapy, we’ll meet regularly, usually once a week at the same time. The therapeutic relationship we build can become a foundation for meaningful change, creating a space where wounded parts of the psyche can be welcomed and reintegrated, and self-limiting beliefs and behaviors understood and reworked. I believe in fostering authentic dialogue—our work together is a collaboration that honors your pace and process.

There are many ways to approach therapy, and I will tailor our work based on what is helpful and resonates most with you. I offer support that draws on a range of therapeutic approaches, mindful, relational, somatic (bodyful), and transpersonal (spiritual); working together we will discover the most effective way to address what you’re experiencing and needing. At times I will be directive, however my goal is to create a space where you feel empowered, understood, and supported.
