Child & Adolescent Therapy
I love working with young people. Childhood is a time for adventure, learning, play, and the development of social-emotional intelligence. It’s a stage full of exploration and experimentation. However, social media and technology have profoundly changed the way we parent and the way kids experience themselves and the world. As a parent myself, I understand the challenges of navigating this new landscape and am right there with you, figuring it out along the way. When I work with children, I see them as whole human beings who deserve respect, and I make it a priority to ensure they feel safe, valued, and heard.

In my work with teens, I strive to balance supporting their strengths and natural need for autonomy with guidance around healthy boundaries and accountability. Many young people today are navigating an epidemic of anxiety, depression, and a sense of hopelessness. They often struggle with vulnerability and connection. My goal is to meet them where they are, offering compassion, validation, and reflection of their inherent worth and intelligence. Through a combination of emotional support and practical context, I help them make sense of their feelings and behaviors, empowering them to move through life with greater self-acceptance, awareness, and resilience.
